2. Technical Site Survey

✔ Your property’s insulation and heating layout
✔ The best location for your heat pump
✔ Any potential installation challenges

💰 We’ll also provide an initial cost estimate – free of charge!

3. Heat Loss Calculation (Essential for Efficiency)

📊 If you decide to move forward, we’ll conduct a detailed heat loss calculation using property data or architectural drawings. This ensures we install the right-sized heat pump for your home.

💡 Note: This step is chargeable but will be deducted from your final quote.

4. Detailed Quotation

📄 Once the calculations are complete, we’ll provide a comprehensive, tailored quote, including:
✔ System design & specifications
✔ Installation timeline
✔ Any available grants & incentives

5. Quote Acceptance & Grant Application

✔ Sign your contract and choose a payment plan.
✔ We’ll apply for your Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant on your behalf.
✔ You’ll pay a deposit, which is protected under our deposit protection scheme.

6. Professional Heat Pump Installation

🛠 We’ll schedule a convenient start date and ensure a smooth installation process. Installations typically take 3 to 7 days, with minimal disruption.

⚡ While your heating system is being installed, we’ll set up your hot water to run on immersion, so you’re never left without hot water.

7. Completion & System Handover

🏆 Once your heat pump is up and running, we’ll:
✔ Provide a full system handover
✔ Supply all certifications, warranties, and user guides
✔ Offer a 2-year workmanship warranty for peace of mind
